🧪 Lab product — use at your own risk
Lab products are experimental: they tend to be larger and explore new techniques and materials that haven't been through the same long-term proving as our standard lineup. Purchase and install with that in mind.
Description
The successor to the flexNExT! Massive range for the NTAG216 and T5577! These are built to order with zero to eight LED nails. Colors available (in the order pictured from left to right): green, red, aqua, blue, and white. If you want the best performance, the LED quantity should be limited to three. When you order, let us know the colors of LEDs you want in the order you want--if any. If no notes are left, we'll assume you want no LEDs. The price is the same regardless of LED count.
Where should you install this? Great question! Unlike our biopolymer, the resin doesn't have any flex to it. As such, the hand would be a poor choice. The back of the wrist (where a watch tends to be worn but do not wear a watch over it) or the arm are good choices.
- 2.5mm bioresin, 40mm total diameter
- 35mm NTAG216 13.56MHz NFC Type 2 ISO 14443A inlay
- 15mm T5577 125kHz LF emulator chip
Note: These are custom built to order!

Price Summary
WARNING This kit definitely contains dangerous things. While our chip implants have undergone several quality checks during manufacture and have been put through a battery of tests, nothing has been certified by any government regulatory agency for implantation or use inside the human body. Your personal decision to purchase and ultimately the safe use of these devices is strictly your responsibility and at your own risk.
The biopolymer is ISO 10993 and USP Class VI tested and certified, however the final product has not been tested post-processing, meaning material changes during processing could render the final product unsafe in some way.
There is no "preferred" location for installation of a flex device. Customers are free to install a flex into any area of the body their installation professional is comfortable with, as long as it is in the fascia layer between dermis and muscle tissue and not in an area of flexion or under a gripping surface. Even though we use images which suggest installation above the second metacarpal of one of the fingers, it is not an ideal location for such a device. Fingers are filled with tendons, nerve bundles, and very important things all packed into a very tight space. We urge you to think about easier locations like the back of the hand or in the arm/wrist.
The dNExT is a jumbo-sized, bioresin version of our easily injectable 2mm diameter NExT dual frequency chip implant. It has the same NTAG216 and T5577 chips inside, only super-sized to drastically improve performance... and we can put some blinky lights on too.
- Some types of access control applications

- Copy LF chip IDs to this product, but HF chip ID is set
- Dramatically improved read range over x-series thanks to 40mm bioresin disc antenna

- Chip implants can't be used for GPS or tracking
Installation of a dNExT device should always be done by a professional. We do not presume to know better than your professional installer what the correct installation method for your body and desired implant location might be. Always defer to your installation professional's opinion on placement and installation procedure.
- Do not install under any gripping surface (e.g. no palm side installations)
- Do not install atop or parallel to any joints
- Bioresin is rigid — the radius of the hand is NOT suited to an implant this large
